Hey all!
It’s been a minute! We’ve had a lot happening on our side, including finalizing Radiant Black 23, 24, Rogue Sun 12, Radiant Pink 5, NO/ONE 2, 3 WHO IS NO/ONE episode 2, Deep Cuts 1 and then a ton of other work across a host of projects we haven’t told you about yet!
That said, I’ve also spent the last three weeks on the road, between Las Vegas (Cosmic Comics NO/ONE signing), Anaheim (Wonder Con) and Chicago (C2E2). The last one— my favorite show every year— was once again a blast. A huge thanks to everyone who came and said hi, bought some stuff and/or made it to our panel.
On said panel, I was joined by local Massive-Verse creators Laurence Holmes, Joe Clark and Alec Siegel. Laurence, also an on-air host for 670 The Score, also runs a very cool podcast called The House of L. He did an episode about his experience doing the panel.
The panel itself was great. We showed off a few new things— including the final cover for the Radiant Pink TPB.
We also showed some early pages from Radiant Black 24 and Supermassive 2023, the latter of which I can show you right here.
And we got some awesome questions! Many of which I could only acknowledge as being awesome questions since providing a proper answer would spoil far too many things. But in a few months you’ll understand.
Also, as I told everyone who came by the table or stopped by the panel, we’re going to be doing more with this newsletter as we get closer to Catalyst War in July. Now’s a great time to subscribe and tell all your friends, relatives, pets to subscribe, too. You know, if they’re into cool giveaways and even cooler exclusive stuff.
We’re going to be trying some things this summer, narratively, that no one has ever done before. This will be your hub for what it all means and how it all works.
The other thing I’m curious about as we open this newsletter up a bit, is what you all might be interested in hearing more about from us? Guest posts from other creators? If you have questions or topics you’d love to see talked about or things you’d like to see us do, please do leave a comment. I’ve got some fun ideas on other ways to use this platform but would love to hear from readers, too.
Finally, speaking of conventions, I’m going to be hitting a few this summer. The big ones to mention right now are San Diego Comic Con in July and Galaxy Con Raleigh one week later.
If you’re heading to SDCC this year you’re definitely going to want to make it to our Across the Massive-Verse panel. We don’t know what day/time it is just yet but I’ll let everyone know as soon as we do. We’ve got some big stuff to tell you about there.

Radiant Black 23 - 4/12/23
This week, Radiant Black 23 hit stands and some other things hit the fan. First off, I need to apologize to Orson. What we did to you… was narratively awful.
Here’s a happy picture of Orson to make it better. Living his best life. FOR NOW.
This issue was a big one and in a lot of ways, our direct prelude to The Catalyst War. And you might be saying, wouldn’t Radiant Black 24 be the direct prelude to the event that starts in issue 25? Well, yes. Sort of. The truth is, we haven’t really been talking about how big Radiant Black 24 is. And in large part that’s because… it’s impossible to talk about the issue without spoiling so much of what we’ve been planning.
In a lot of ways, Radiant Black 24 is its own thing. While also being the opening chapter of what we hope will be our most ambitious story yet.
So, come celebrate the good times in Radiant Black 23! Honestly, we’ll understand if you hate us by the end of 24.
This summer is going to be awesome.

NO/ONE 2 also hits the stands this Wednesday along with WHO IS NO/ONE Episode 2, featuring a sit down interview with none other than Assistant Chief of Operations, Ben Kern.
Which means, we’ve got another incredible actor joining the series!
We’re going to release a clip early next week and announce who’s playing Ben. Be on the lookout for a fun article with IGN.
That said, who do you think would make a good Ben Kern? Let us know!
And if you haven’t checked out Episode 1 of WHO IS NO/ONE, you can do that here:
